Overview

Wolbity Market surfaces digital product listings supplied by third-party DigiSeller sellers. If you believe a listing on our site infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks in other jurisdictions.

How to submit a takedown notice

Email a written notice to:

dmca@wolbity.com

Your notice must include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • The full URL(s) of the Wolbity Market listing(s) you are reporting.
  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will typically remove or disable access to the reported listing within a reasonable time and notify the seller. Repeat infringers will have their Wolbity Market accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you are a seller and believe content was removed in error, you may email a counter-notice to dmca@wolbity.com including your contact details, the URL(s) affected, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction of a court in your address's district.

Misuse

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices may expose you to liability. If you are not sure whether the material is infringing, consult a lawyer before contacting us.
