Wolbity Market ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at wolbity.com — a discovery platform for digital goods listed by third-party DigiSeller sellers. Wolbity Market is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Account data. When you register, we store your email address and an authentication identifier. If you sign in with a social provider (e.g. Google), we receive your email and public profile fields from that provider.

Seller submission data. If you submit products for review, we store the DigiSeller product IDs you provide and link them to your account.

Contact messages. Messages you send through our contact form are stored so we can respond and follow up.

Technical data. Basic request metadata (IP address, browser, referrer, timestamps) needed to serve the site, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate analytics.

Preferences. Your chosen language and currency are stored in your browser's local storage; they never leave your device.

We do not process payments and we do not receive your payment card, bank, or wallet details. Checkout is handled entirely by DigiSeller and the seller you buy from.

To operate your account and let you list and manage products; to review seller submissions; to reply to your messages; to keep the site secure; to comply with legal obligations; and to improve the catalog and user experience.

We share data with the service providers that host and power the site (cloud database, authentication, hosting) strictly to run Wolbity Market. When you click "Buy" on a product, you are sent to DigiSeller, whose privacy policy then applies to the transaction.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising.

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Technical logs are rotated within 90 days. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain uses. Email legal@wolbity.com and we will respond within 30 days.
