Wolbity Market is an information and discovery platform that displays digital products supplied by third-party sellers on the DigiSeller platform. We are not the seller of the products displayed on the site and we are not a party to any sale.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Prices, availability, descriptions, delivery method, and after-sales support are set by the seller and displayed via DigiSeller. When you click "Buy", checkout happens on DigiSeller and the transaction is between you and the seller. See our Terms of Use for Buyers for the full buyer terms.

Sellers may submit their DigiSeller product IDs for editorial review. Wolbity Market may accept, reject, delist, or reorder any listing at its sole discretion. Sellers keep full control of pricing, fulfillment, and customer support on DigiSeller.

You agree not to:

• submit stolen, illegal, or fraudulent products;
• list products that infringe intellectual property rights;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the site;
• impersonate another person, seller, or brand;
• use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or the DigiSeller platform terms.

The Wolbity Market brand, website design, and original content are our property. Product data, images, and descriptions belong to the respective sellers or rights holders and are displayed under our arrangement with DigiSeller. Copyright complaints are handled per our DMCA Policy.

Refund eligibility is determined by the seller and DigiSeller. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wolbity Market disclaims all warranties and is not liable for the actions or omissions of sellers, for issues with delivered products, or for any indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
